Free Shipping: All items on our site ship for free, without any minimum purchase!
Upfurnish provides complimentary FREE shipping within the continental United States for all items purchased through https://upfurnish.com/. Upfurnish does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories or outside of the United States. When your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent including tracking information for your purchase.
Delivery and 14-Day Return Period
Upfurnish will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Furniture to the address you request while ordering (“Premises”). All Furniture will be delivered unassembled. You will have 14 days from the date the Furniture is delivered to return the Furniture. If goods are returned in that 14-day period, then there will be a restocking fee equal to 25% of the 3-month rental fee for that Furniture. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number to initiate a return request.
Missing or Damaged Parts
Missing Parts. If an item is missing part(s), send a request for the missing item along with your order number to email@example.com within 14 days of your delivery date. Upfurnish will ship the missing part(s) at no cost to the customer.
Damaged Item(s). If, after acceptance from the carrier and within 14 days of your delivery date, the item is found to be damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and explain what part of the item is damaged. Upfurnish will send a replacement at no cost to the customer.
