We get it, plans change, life is full of surprises, and the last thing you want to worry about is your furniture. That’s why at UpFurnish, we give you a 14-day return policy after placing the order. A small restocking fee will apply but the remainder of the contract will be voided regardless of the amount being canceled.
You will have 14 days after receiving your furniture to cancel the lease & return your order. Cancellation after that will be at 100% cancellation fee. Which means, you will be responsible for the remaining balance of your monthly lease payment x plan length.
Sure! Life can be unpredictable, and your furniture should not cause added stress. If you need to change your plan length, give our Customer Service a call and we will adjust to one of our other plan length options. Please note that any over or underpayments up to that point will be applied or collected at the time of plan change.
You’ll get a reminder 28 days before your contract ends to give you plenty of time to decide the best option for you!
Once your contract is up, you have three options to choose from:
1. If you’ve found the piece that screams “Home Sweet Home,” you can buy it for 50% off the 3 months variant price.
2. If you love the piece but still don’t want to commit, we let you keep renting it for as long as you want at the same rate with the same monthly payments.
3. If you are ready to swap it out for a new style, you can get in contact with our Customer Service team and arrange to have it picked up for you! We make it stress-free and do the heavy lifting so you can relax sooner. :)
Of course! Need different plans for different furniture? That’s not a problem! We try to make things as easy as possible, you can have multiple orders under the same account.
To make things easy, you will be charged on the same date of each month after your first month’s payment goes through! Your first month will be charged at checkout.

Yes! All UpFurnish furniture will arrive brand new straight to your door.

Fret not, you can relax knowing you don’t have to buy more than you need! While there is no minimum purchase, our rental leases start at three months and go up to 24 months.
Here at UpFurnish, we will not increase your rate or charge a damage fee for any pieces that might need repairs. We have pets and love them greatly, but we also know they can be little troublemakers, which is why we are 100% pet-friendly!
Nothing is worse than getting your delivery and realizing it’s damaged! Here at UpFurnish, we do our best to ensure safe delivery, but if something does happen to your new furniture; please contact our handy Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery and we will make sure it is replaced at no cost to you!
Currently, our orders ship out in about 5-7 business days after the order is placed and deliver in 5-10 days after that.
Oops! Nothing is worse than realizing you made a mistake after ordering something online. That is why at UpFurnish you can adjust your order to make sure everything is perfect!
Please note however that once the item has been shipped, no changes can be made to the order. Please contact customer service immediately to help you make changes to your order.
The furniture will arrive in well-packed boxes right to your front door and you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that everything went smoothly and according to plan.
